Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, Java (8+), Spring Boot, ORM (Spring JPA/Hibernate).
• Additionally should have knowledge in Automation tools (RPA, AutoSys, StreamSets), Shell scripting, Camunda BPM, API Gateways (TYK/APIGEE).
• Database skills should be Oracle/PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Teradata, Hadoop, H2.
• Strong knowledge of designing and implementing distributed systems using microservices.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies to support scalable deployments.
