Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Experience with asset lifecycle management and configuration management within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement custom workflows and automation within ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and API usage to connect ServiceNow HAM with other enterprise systems.
