Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, developing, and configuring software solutions tailored to meet specific project requirements. You will engage in various stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring that the software systems align with client needs and project goals. Your role includes collaborating with different teams to support the successful delivery of software products, applying a comprehensive understanding of technologies, methodologies, and processes to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in designing and implementing marketing automation workflows and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation strategies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize email deliverability and campaign performance.
• Familiarity with data integration techniques and API usage within marketing platforms.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
