We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development professional to lead creator supply acquisition and partnerships for Amazon Ads Connect (AAC). This role is critical to building a robust, diverse, and high-quality creator supply that powers Brand x Creator collaborations at scale. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the creator economy, strong industry relationships, and a proven track record of building creator networks across platforms and verticals.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive creator supply strategy to build a diverse pipeline of creators across categories, platforms, and audience segments for AAC Brand x Creator collaborations. Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality creators (influencers, content creators, publishers) who align with advertiser needs and campaign objectives. Build and maintain deep relationships with creator talent agencies, multi-channel networks (MCNs), creator management firms, and independent creators. Negotiate partnership terms, commercial models, and collaboration frameworks that drive mutual value for creators and advertisers. Develop scalable processes and playbooks for creator vetting, onboarding, and ongoing engagement to ensure supply quality and reliability. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, campaign management, and analytics teams to align creator supply with advertiser demand signals. Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and shifts in the creator ecosystem to proactively identify new supply opportunities. Define and track key supply-side metrics (creator activation rate, fill rate, diversity index, retention) and drive continuous improvement. Represent AAC at industry events, creator summits, and partnership forums to strengthen brand presence in the creator community.

This is a high-impact, 0-to-1 role where you will be instrumental in shaping the creator supply foundation for AAC's Brand x Creator business. You will work at the intersection of the creator economy and advertising, building the supply engine that enables brands to discover, collaborate with, and activate creators at scale. The role requires a builder's mindset, deep industry credibility, and the ability to move fast while maintaining quality.
Basic qualifications
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience
- 7+ years of selling cost-per-click advertising (search engine marketing) experience
- Experience building customer relationships
