How will you fit in the big picture?
The Controller Inventory – Malaysia & India is a key leadership role within Supply Chain Accounting responsible for overseeing inventory and manufacturing accounting activities across Hershey’s manufacturing facilities in Malaysia and India. As the subject matter expert for inventory accounting, cost accounting, manufacturing controls, and financial governance, you will help ensure inventory-related transactions are accurately reflected in the financial statements and comply with US GAAP, SOX, and corporate accounting policies.
This newly created role supports Hershey’s finance transformation and operating model redesign by centralizing inventory accounting responsibilities, strengthening governance, and driving greater consistency across the regional manufacturing network. You will partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A, Plant Finance, and Shared Services teams to improve financial accuracy, enhance controls, and support business performance.

- Lead Complex Accounting Analyses Performs in-depth analysis of complex accounting matters with broad financial impact. This responsibility supports accurate interpretation and application of accounting standards. The outcome is high-quality, defensible accounting conclusions.
