Your Work Profile
GBS Strategy & Operating Model Design
Support data collection, analysis, and benchmarking
Assist in developing GBS business cases, operating models, and transition plans
Support location assessments, workforce planning, and feasibility analysis
Target Operating Model & Transition Delivery
Support GCC transition activities, knowledge transfer, and stabilization tracking
Prepare client-ready materials, dashboards, and documentation
Conduct appropriate market research and analysis to provide insights to client team
Digital & Analytics Enablement
Support on application of analytics, process mining, and automation concepts within GBS and Outsourcing programs
Work with digital and AI teams to embed technology into delivery models
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
