The Vice President, Client Profitability (Client P&L) Transformation, Analytics & Technology, is responsible for driving the strategic transformation agenda for the Client Profitability function through automation, technology modernization, data analytics, and continuous process improvement. The role partners with Finance, Technology, DART (Data, AI & Automation Office), and Analytics teams to implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency, controls, transparency, reporting, and analytical capabilities while supporting PCM implementation and future-state profitability technology initiatives.
Support PCM implementation, enhancements, and adoption initiatives.
Lead requirements gathering, testing, UAT, and implementation planning.
Migrate manual allocation methodologies into scalable platforms.
Improve traceability, controls, reconciliations, and reporting.
Support future-state profitability architecture and integrations.
Client P&L Systems & Analytics Optimization
Build expertise in methodologies, systems, and data architecture.
Drive data quality, allocation process, reporting, and analytics enhancements.
Promote self-service reporting and dashboards.
Support advanced analytics and profitability insights.
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with executives, relationship managers, pricing, finance, and technology partners.
Translate business requirements into solutions.
Present recommendations, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment.
People & Leadership
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members involved in transformation, analytics, and technology initiatives.
Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and development planning.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Develop talent pipelines, succession plans, and career development opportunities.
Attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent.
Support enterprise change management activities.
Hold teams and stakeholders accountable for delivering transformation objectives, adoption milestones, and measurable business outcomes.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience
10–12+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Client Profitability, Business Analytics, Finance Transformation, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation or technology programs.
Experience partnering with Technology organizations to implement business solutions.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, profitability analytics, allocation methodologies, and management reporting.
