Job description for CAFM Administrator (Computer Aided Facility Management)
Job Summary: The CAFM Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, ensuring accurate data entry, system functionality, and reporting capabilities. This role supports facility management operations by maintaining spatial data, asset information, maintenance records, and generating analytical reports to optimize space utilization and facility performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the CAFM system platform (eg, IBM TRIRIGA)
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Data Management & Quality Control:
Input, update and maintain accurate facility data including floor plans, space allocation, occupancy information data.
Perform regular data audits and identify the data discrepancies.
Import and export data into TRIRIGA.
Manage CAD drawings uploads and maintain floor plans
Track and manage space allocation, utilization and occupancy data.
Reporting and Analytics:

Prepare ad hoc reports for stakeholders and senior management as requested.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2-4 years of experience in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Revit or other CAD platforms.
