Ensures Future Choice communications and workflows align with P&P standards, are operationally viable, and are fully vetted before implementation. Acts as the bridge between Business/Product design and P&P execution, preventing rework, reducing complexity, and enabling scalable, future-ready outputs.
Position Responsibilities:
Review and validate Future Choice communication designs and workflows against P&P standards.
Assess operational feasibility before implementation; identify production, vendor, timing, and volume constraints.
Promote standard templates, reuse, and reduced variation.
Advocate for digital-first design where feasible; communicate internal system constraints.
Prevent downstream rework, bottlenecks, and fragmentation.
Required Qualifications:
Deep experience in print/mail production, communications, or document workflows.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end communication lifecycle (design > production > delivery).
Experience with transformation initiatives or platform migrations (e.g., Future Choice / SmartComm) an asset.

Salary range is expected to be between $73,725.00 CAD - $122,875.00 CAD
Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
