- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of process design with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding process design principles.
- Continuously evaluate and update process documentation to reflect changes and improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management systems and their integration within business processes.
- Experience in designing and optimizing workflows using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical tools.
