Job Title Business Operations Analyst - SLA Reporting

About the Role

As a Business Operations Analysis - Senior Associate, you will help the business track performance, analyze data, prepare reports, and support day-to-day operational activities. You will work closely with business teams, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, identify issues, and support process improvements.

You will also help manage user access across different systems, monitor risks, resolve issues, and create reports that support better business decisions.

What you will do:

• Prepare monthly performance reports and risk assessments for stakeholders.

• Create weekly dashboards and reports for senior management.

• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.

• Work with teams and data providers to ensure data accuracy.

• Investigate and help resolve operational issues and risks.

• Support business and technical teams by providing research and analysis.

• Manage user access requests and maintain application user IDs.
