Business Finance Analyst

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.

• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.

Preferred qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and SQL. Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools/LLMs to automate workflows or enhance data analysis.

• Ability to take initiatives, navigate ambiguity and work in an unstructured

environment.

• Distinctive problem-solving skills with a proven track record of building complex financial models and identifying non-obvious trends in large datasets.

• Excellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills; can craft and deliver a message with credibility to influence executive leadership.
