Azure Monitoring & Observability Engineer

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, ITSM, and SQL to support enterprise monitoring, observability, and incident management initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing monitoring solutions, troubleshooting performance issues, building dashboards, and automating operational processes across cloud environments.
Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics Prometheus & Grafana ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Remedy or equivalent) SQL & KQL (Kusto Query Language) Incident, Problem, and Change Management Monitoring, Alerting, and Observability best practices
Responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end monitoring and observability solutions on Azure. Create dashboards, alerts, and reports using Azure Monitor, Grafana, and Log Analytics. Monitor application health, infrastructure performance, and service availability. Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to troubleshoot production issues. Integrate monitoring platforms with ITSM tools for automated incident management. Develop and optimize SQL and KQL queries for operational insights and reporting. Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to improve system reliability.
