Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Software Engineer to support the configuration, development, integration, testing, deployment, validation, and ongoing maintenance of the IBM Maximo application in a GxP-regulated environment.

The associate will work across key Maximo modules, including Work Order, Asset, Location, Purchasing, and Maximo Integration Framework (MIF). The role requires knowledge of Maximo configuration and development capabilities such as Application Designer, Database Configuration, Automation Scripts, workflows, security configuration, and integrations.

The associate will collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, QA, validation, infrastructure, integration, and support teams. The role includes Agile delivery, application support, defect resolution, testing, validation documentation, controlled deployment, and production monitoring.

This role is not limited to supporting a single application or technology platform. The associate must demonstrate a strong learning mindset, adaptability, and the willingness to continuously develop new skills and capabilities. As business needs evolve, the individual will be expected to embrace cross-skilling opportunities, contribute across diverse technology domains, and support strategic initiatives while maintaining a high standard of quality, compliance, and delivery excellence.
