Quality Assurance Associate - IN

Deliver high-quality audit support by consistently achieving production, accuracy, and QC effectiveness targets. Ensure compliance with quality standards, identify process gaps, and support team performance through collaboration and knowledge sharing

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Production & Quality Excellence Consistently meet daily production targets within SLA timelines while maintaining 100% accuracy, high QC effectiveness, and minimal error leakage across all assigned processes.

- Quality Assurance & Process Compliance Conduct quality checks and peer reviews, identify and escalate process deviations, and ensure strict adherence to defined quality frameworks and standard QC guidelines.

- Team Support & Continuous Improvement Provide on-ground query resolution and knowledge sharing, maintain full process versatility, and actively engage in calibration sessions, training, and team meetings to drive consistency and growth.

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

• 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
