Associate Process Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and publish event pages annually using pre-defined templates in Optimizely CMS.
• Maintain and update existing pages as required.
• Update SEO metadata, headings, internal links, etc. as required.
• Manage communication and coordination with the stakeholders to ensure timely page creation and updates.
• Perform QA checks using the preview links created
• Publish the pages to live environment after review and approval from client stakeholders

Technical and Functional skills:

• 4-5 years of experience in website content publishing or CMS management.
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS
• Understanding of HTML basics, SEO fundamentals, and web content structure.
• Experience with content QA and website testing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow publishing workflows.
