Position Title: Electrical Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Data center delivery Business Line: Project & Development Services / Project Management Consultancy Location: Project-based Reporting To: Project Manager/ Director Role Level: Mid-Level Technical Leadership

1. Position Summary

The Electrical Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Electrical Subject Manager is responsible for providing technical leadership, governance, and delivery assurance for all electrical systems on data center construction projects delivered under a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) model.

Acting as the client’s technical representative for electrical scopes, the role ensures that electrical design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities meet project requirements, industry standards, and mission-critical performance expectations. The position works closely with Project Managers, Project Directors, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure coordinated, compliant, and high-quality delivery across one or multiple data center projects.

1. Key Responsibilities

Electrical Scope Leadership

• Lead and manage all electrical aspects of data center projects from design development through construction, commissioning, and handover.

• Provide technical governance and assurance across electrical systems to ensure alignment with client standards, operational requirements, and project objectives.
