Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate - Hyperlocal - Supply to join our fast-paced quick-commerce team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end hyperlocal supply operations, drive inward logistics efficiency, optimize product assortment, and resolve inventory discrepancies. You will work closely with sellers, brand partners, warehouse teams, and category managers to maintain target order fill rates and ensure flawless execution across dark stores and fulfillment centers. Key Responsibilities 1. Inward Logistics & Inventory Management Oversee hyperlocal inward logistics workflows to ensure smooth material flow and timely documentation. Identify and resolve inward material discrepancies by collaborating with suppliers, brands, and warehouse operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy. Implement corrective action plans for rejected materials to lower rejection rates and raise supplier quality compliance standards. 2. Assortment & SKU Planning Plan and optimize SKU assortments by identifying fast-moving and high-demand products to maximize availability and boost sales. Coordinate the onboarding of new brands and the addition of new styles/products across dark store networks. Monitor stock levels continuously to eliminate stock-outs and support quick delivery turnaround times. 3. Vendor & Partner Management Serve as an operational point of contact for sellers and brand partners, guiding them through onboarding and operational models. Educate seller partners on platform processes, promotional campaigns, and fulfillment practices to boost business growth. Manage outbound engagement and clear communication to handle inbound/outbound queries and escalation tickets. 4. Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate cross-functionally with Category, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution. Track daily service-level benchmarks, maintaining target order fill rates. Analyze operational data using spreadsheet tools to identify bottlenecks and improve supply flow efficiency. Candidate Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (e.g., B.Com). Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in quick-commerce (hyperlocal), e-commerce fulfillment, marketplace operations, or seller onboarding. Technical Skills Data Analysis & Excel: Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic automation/macros for data reporting. Tools: Working knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or ticketing portals. Soft Skills & Core Competencies Strong problem-solving ability with a track record of resolving operational issues and inventory discrepancies. Excellent communication and vendor relationship management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet service-level benchmarks in high-volume, fast-moving work environments.
