The Associate Digital Product Manager will support the delivery and continuous improvement of digital products by working closely with product, technology, operations, and business teams. The role involves gathering requirements, coordinating user acceptance testing, tracking product enhancements, analyzing user feedback, and helping ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, basic product management understanding, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Program & Project Leadership (Primary – 40–50%)
Lead and manage cross-functional projects and initiatives end-to-end across Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Reporting/MIS.
Facilitate project planning, milestone creation, execution tracking, and delivery governance.
Identify, document, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress, including executive-level updates.
Conduct post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, and ensure follow-through on corrective actions.
Support incident management (INC) by coordinating analysis, remediation, and prevention steps with Product & Technology teams.
