Role summary

The Associate Clinical Liaison Manager is responsible for supporting treatment planning operations within Align’s India delivery hub in Hyderabad. This role provides clinical expertise to ensure high-quality treatment outcomes, while managing complex inquiries and supporting customer and business needs. The Associate Clinical Liaison Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams—including Quality, Engineering, and Commercial—to address clinical challenges, improve processes, and enhance the customer experience. This role plays a key part in driving clinical excellence, supporting operational scalability, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across global operations. Additionally, this role supports knowledge development across the organization, mentoring junior clinical staff and contributing to innovation through insights, feedback, and participation in clinical and product development initiatives.
