Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily on-site construction activities for interior fitout projects, focusing on both civil works and interior finishes.

- Interpret and implement architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring accurate execution of design intent.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

- Monitor and enforce quality control standards for all aspects of civil and interior work.

- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports.

- Identify and resolve technical issues on-site, proposing solutions to the project manager as needed.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project-specific requirements.

- Manage material requisitions and deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records.

- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.

- Collaborate with the project manager in creating and updating project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

- Supervise and mentor junior site staff, fostering their technical and professional development.
