Assistant Manager -Simulation

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Design and develop mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems using 3D CAD software (SolidWorks / Creo / CATIA / NX).

• Prepare 2D drawings, GD T, BOMs, and technical documentation.

• Perform design calculations and basic CAE/FEA analysis where required.

• Coordinate with manufacturing teams for DFM/DFA and production feasibility.

• Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including electrical, industrial design, and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality norms, and safety regulations.

• Handle design changes, engineering change requests (ECR/ECO), and documentation control.

• Assist in cost optimization and material selection.

• Formability Analysis of Sheet Metal Parts.Simulation with CAE Software ( AutoForm /Pam Stamp.Suggesting Counter measures for the Defects.Interaction with customer and Concern Resolution
