Assistant Manager - Operations

About the Role:

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Manager-Operations to lead warehouse and supply chain operations, ensuring seamless inbound, outbound, inventory, and customer service activities. The role requires strong operational expertise, team management capabilities, and proficiency in warehouse management systems to drive efficiency and deliver service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure adherence to operational KPIs, SLAs, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of supply chain activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse processes.
• Utilize SAP, WMS, TMS, and Power BI for operational planning, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Lead and develop operational teams through regular training and coaching.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
• Support P&L management and resource planning activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate or above from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, WMS, TMS, and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
