Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
● Set standards and objectives for dealer network, measure and monitor performance of new dealers
against set goals.
● Review and jointly agree with the sales team on a location specific roll out plan based on economic
viability and fitment to the overall plan
● Shortlist prospective dealer applicants based on standardized evaluation template
● Jointly evaluate and finalize the shortlisted applicants in collaboration with the regional sales team
● Managing a team for Scouting and finalizing new dealer prospects at respective locations.
● Project management of the approved sites and achieving the monthly target of new dealer openings
as per timelines.
● Liaisoning with LOI issue dealer prospects for completion of their sites as per timelines.
● Finalizing & Managing vendors for implementing BRI at dealerships.
● Continuously revise and update the roadmap based on market intelligence
● Adhere to accepted governance procedures in new dealer appointments
● Manage Market Study analysis to determine optimum dealer count and preferred locations. Review
and recommend markets, prospect and site selection for expanding dealer operations.
● Manages process and prepare documents for dealer appointment and termination.
● Manage dealer performance oversight & reports necessary for dealer performance tracking in
conjunction with Sales Field Operations
● Work within the objective and scope of assigned special projects related to Dealer Development
including Dealer Standards, Dealer Best Practices, Dealer Image, and Dealer Financial improvement.
● Provide leadership for all assigned projects, including hands-on contribution to each project that
