ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
•Graduate/3-year Diploma Holders
•Graduates/3-year Diploma Holders (passed within 3 years) or MBA Graduates (completed within 5 years). No gaps between degrees.
•Foreign University Graduate's ineligible for apprenticeship.
•Candidates with active NATS/NAPS contracts ineligible
•Aadhar-seeded account required; J&K/West mumbai candidates need Unique ID/Aadhaar
•Minimum age: 18 years
Job Description Primary Objective: Support senior professionals in collecting, validating, and reporting data to ensure organizational compliance with global sustainability standards and ethical practices. • Key Responsibilities: Data Collection & Analysis: Gather ESG-related metrics (e.g., carbon emissions, water usage, labor practices) from company disclosures, annual reports, and third-party sources. ○ Reporting Support: Assist in preparing sustainability reports and disclosures according to frameworks like GRI, SASB, TCFD, and BRSR (Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting). ○ Benchmarking: Conduct peer analysis and industry benchmarking studies to track emerging trends and competitor performance in sustainability. ○ Risk Monitoring: Track news and regulatory updates (e.g., SEBI or RBI mandates) that impact a company's ESG profile or investment risks. ○ ○ Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams like Finance, Operations, and HR to help integrate ESG
targets into daily operations. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: A bachelor’s or equivalent degree in environmental science, Engineering, Sustainability, Business Administration, Finance, or International Relations. • • Technical Skills: ○ Proficiency in MS Excel (for data manipulation) and PowerPoint (for reporting). ○ Basic knowledge of sustainability frameworks (GRI, SASB, UN SDGs). Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) or basic programming (Python/SQL) is increasingly preferred. ○ • • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
