• Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management within IT service platforms.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
• Familiarity with configuration management and service catalog management.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
