Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CPQ Cloud (Big Machines).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
• Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with software lifecycle management and support best practices.
