Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level human resource management systems.
• Ability to work with system logs, error messages, and diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with system integration points and data flow within business applications.
