Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze system issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk Administration.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Solarwinds Administration, Dynatrace Administration.
• Strong understanding of log management and data analysis within enterprise environments.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining monitoring tools to ensure system health.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and availability.
• Familiarity with alerting mechanisms and incident management processes.
