Application Support Engineer Alation Manta

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Support Engineer to support and maintain enterprise data management platforms including Alation, MANTA, and Arena. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in production support, Linux/Unix environments, cloud technologies, monitoring tools, and automation scripting. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, incident management expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure application stability, performance, and operational excellence.

Administrate, monitor and maintain Arena , Manta and Alation Application across all environments. Perform routine health checks on servers and components. Trouble shoot issues, perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents in a timely manner. Coordinate with infrastructure, database and application teams for environmental support. Handle ServiceNow tickets in accordance with defined SLAs. Support Application services during server patching and maintenance activities. Maintain standard operational documentation. Troubleshoot connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and environmental errors.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
