L2 Application/Production Support Engineer

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Mandatory Requirements:

• Total Professional Technical Experience: 3.5+ Years.

• Production Application Support Experience: 2+ Years.

• Linux Administration Experience: 2+ Years.

• Good to have some Docker Containerization Experience: 0+ Years.

• Good to have some Kubernetes Container Orchestration Experience: 0+ Years.

• Python, Shell, or Bash Scripting Experience: 1+ Years.

• Experience in DevOps, GitLab (or Git based system), CI/CD activities, branching/merging models, preferably in Java-based systems: 1+ Years.

• Experience with release automation, and environment management.

• Familiarity with maintaining CI/CD pipelines within GitLab: 1.5+ Years

• Familiarity with administering version control systems like Git and understanding branching/merging models: 2+ Years
