Trane Technologies is seeking an API Technical Lead who will play a critical role in enabling reliable, secure, and scalable API solutions across our global technology ecosystem. This position sits at the center of enterprise connectivity, ensuring seamless integration and communication between cloud platforms, enterprise applications, digital products, middleware solutions, and business-critical systems.

As an API Technical Lead, you will work with modern API management platforms, integration technologies, and event-driven architectures to build and support resilient, high-performing, and reusable API services that enable business growth and digital transformation. You will collaborate with architects, application teams, infrastructure teams, and business partners to deliver API platform solutions that are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex API and platform engineering challenges, improving operational reliability, and driving innovation across a diverse technology landscape. You will gain exposure to enterprise-scale API ecosystems while contributing to the modernization and continuous evolution of our API platforms.
