Major Duties:
May act as Project Leader. Provide leadership and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within Technology Risk and Control function.
Plan and oversee daily tasks and long-term projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Develop and delivery high quality presentation decks that clearly articulate strategies, project updates, and recommendations for Technology stakeholders.
Drive process improvements for Technology Risk and Controls and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Support preparation for management meetings by compiling data, drafting talking points, and creating briefing materials.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base for Technology Risk and Control.
Visualized Data analysis and interpretation: Utilize data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) to analyze data and extract meaningful insights to IT management to make data driven decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline and at least four, typically six or more years of technical experience in the security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications and network protocols or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience in technology risk or control functions, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry.
