Job Description
The Analyst, Regional Growth Marketing - Campaigns & Digital will be a key member of the Visa Value-Added Services regional marketing team, supporting high-impact campaigns that build awareness, generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen client engagement across Latin America and the Caribbean. The role will focus on webinars, digital campaigns, campaign operations, content adaptation, translation, and performance reporting.
This role sits at the intersection of regional business priorities, client engagement, go-to-market strategy, and marketing execution. The analyst will collaborate across Sales, GTM, Product Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, Demand Operations, and regional stakeholders to deliver high-quality programs and measurable business outcomes.
In this role, you will contribute across a portfolio of regional marketing initiatives, with responsibilities evolving based on business needs and priorities. Core areas of focus may include:
Demand Generation & Campaign Support: Contribute to integrated digital and account-based marketing programs, supporting campaign setup, execution, optimization, and performance tracking.
Webinars & Virtual Engagement: Support end-to-end webinar delivery, including planning, promotion, registration, speaker coordination, audience communications, live execution, follow-up, and reporting.
Content Localization & Translation: Coordinate the adaptation and translation of global campaigns, client communications, sales materials, landing pages, and webinar assets for regional and sub-regional relevance.

You will work in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment and act as a connector across regional and global teams. What You Will Do Day to Day
Partner with regional marketing leaders, Sales, GTM, and Product Marketing to translate business priorities into campaign briefs and execution plans.
Support digital campaigns, email programs, landing pages, paid and organic promotion, nurture journeys, and account-based marketing initiatives.
Coordinate webinars from planning through post-program follow-up, including timelines, speaker readiness, registration, attendee communications, and lead handoff.
Manage localization and translation workflows across Spanish, Portuguese, and English assets, coordinating reviews and maintaining message and brand consistency.
Coordinate agencies, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver assets, approvals, and campaign launches on time and on brief.
Maintain campaign calendars, project trackers, priority account lists, CRM records, and marketing dashboards in partnership with Demand Operations.
Analyze campaign and webinar performance and use AI tools to accelerate research, content drafting, localization support, data synthesis, and workflow efficiency.
Prepare concise campaign recaps, stakeholder updates, and actionable recommendations linked to engagement, pipeline progression, and business impact.
Contribute to scalable playbooks, templates, and best practices that improve campaign quality, consistency, and speed across markets.

Basic Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, communications, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, B2B SaaS, or an allied technology sector is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform marketing decisions and communicate results.
- Experience in applying AI tools to improve productivity, accelerate execution, and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, project management, design and reporting tools such as Dynamics, Demandbase, PowerBI, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working across Sales, Product, GTM, and Marketing functions.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage internal stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed, and culturally diverse organization.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on measurable business outcomes such as engagement, pipeline contribution, adoption, usage, and revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience supporting webinars, digital campaigns, email marketing, content production, translation, or campaign operations.
- Understanding of campaign workflows, audience segmentation, customer journeys, lead management, and performance measurement.
- Ability to coordinate localization while preserving brand, product, legal, and market requirements.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred, with the ability to support client engagement across diverse markets.

Information for US Applicants For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $93.200,00 to $ 144.700,00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
