Duties & responsibilities
What this job involves –
Resolve Tier 1 queries and transactions related to Cornerstone-Learning & Development module
Creating/Modifying Events and Sessions
Updating Rosters post evaluating & analysing the source data
Managing login issues in Cornerstone
Managing Cornerstone reports request from employees and stakeholders
Managing Trainer/Admin access for users post evaluating the request and approval metrics
Managing publishing/modification of online courses, contents of different type like video, question bank etc.

Creating groups and learning assignment/proxy enrolment
Demonstrate proficiency in Learning & Development module and standard operating procedures
Communicate and guide employees using available resources to resolve the query/issue
Adhere to and demonstrate high proficiency in agreed KPIs, SLAs, and customer service standards
Assist with data correction or escalate to HR Specialist, specifically for issues that cannot be resolved through self-service
Managing semi-functional/technical issues in Cornerstone including but not limited to training, report generation/curriculum
Escalate complex queries to appropriate owner (inside or outside of L&D partner)
Ability to challenge the status quo and to continually improve the customer and stakeholders’ experience
Leading client calls and meetings and capturing the minutes
Performance objectives

Key skills
Demonstrated understanding of Learning & Development practices and processes
Understanding of design, development, implementation, and evaluation of instructional materials, including e-learning content and procedure manuals.
Experience of working with US/UK teams preferable
Flexible with night shift or late evening shift
Good interpersonal communication, written, verbal, and presentation skills
Knowledge of PeopleSoft/Workday HR environment would be added advantage
Demonstrated hands-on experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Employee specification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field
1-3 years of overall experience in L&D and minimum 1-2 years with Cornerstone system - Learning & Development in client services role preferred
