Responsibilities:

• Work with multiple internal teams to understand and resolve Production issues

• Adapt to new technologies in quick time

• May need to work in shifts to support workflows in multiple env

• Complete the assigned tasks in timely manner with min or zero defects

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in RDBMS, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL

• Exposure to Shell/Batch scripting

• Knowledge on Python will be a plus

• Experience in Implementation/Production Support for any ERP/SCM solutions will be a plus

• Experience with Oracle 10g and 11g will be a plus

• Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and functional teams
