Multi-agent systems / Agent orchestration AIOps / Observability platforms Event-driven automation Understanding of self-healing systems and RCA automation ⭐ Preferred Skills Experience in Telecom domain / Verizon ecosystem

Exposure to:

New Relic APIs

Knowledge of:

LLM frameworks (LangChain, Claude, Bedrock, etc.) Knowledge Graphs / AI reasoning systems Experience in large-scale SRE environments
