We are currently seeking a Agentic Automation Senior Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Job Duties: Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy custom Copilot solutions within Microsoft 365 applications (such as Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Platform, and SharePoint). Build and integrate Copilot plugins, prompts, and workflows to automate and enhance business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify use cases, and translate business needs into technical specifications. Utilize Microsoft Graph, Azure OpenAI, and related APIs to enable intelligent, context-aware features. Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance when working with Copilot and organizational data. Test, troubleshoot, and optimize Copilot solutions for performance and user experience. Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support for implemented Copilot features.

Minimum Skills Required: Required Skills & Qualifications

• Overall 5+ years of experience in the Software/Automation Development.

• 2+ years of experience developing solutions in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, etc.).

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot capabilities, generative AI concepts, and prompt engineering.

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API, Azure OpenAI, and RESTful APIs.

• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.

• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and integrating Copilot with business applications.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
