Agentic AI Engineer

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Generative AI Engineer to join our growing AI practice. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Python. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is essential. This role involves building AI-powered applications, intelligent assistants, chatbots, and enterprise knowledge solutions utilizing modern GenAI frameworks and cloud-native technologies.

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, document intelligence, and knowledge search solutions.
• Create scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, databases, and external APIs.
• Work with vector databases for semantic search and document retrieval.
• Deploy AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Optimize prompts, embeddings, and retrieval mechanisms for improved performance.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Cloud Engineers to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Implement monitoring, evaluation, and governance for GenAI applications.

5 years of experience in Python development, AI/ML, NLP, or Generative AI projects.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Passion for Generative AI and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile environments.
