Advanced Software Engr

We are looking for a highly skilled Advanced Software Engineer with expertise in modern web development, backend engineering, database administration, cloud-native development, and Generative AI technologies. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of scalable platforms, intelligent applications, and AI-driven solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, Python, Django, and Golang.

• Build robust backend services, APIs, and distributed systems for enterprise-scale applications.

• Design, optimize, and administer relational and NoSQL databases to ensure performance, availability, and reliability.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and deliver innovative software solutions.

• Develop highly performant frontend applications using ReactJS and modern UI frameworks.

• Create scalable AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI services.

• Implement AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and workflow orchestration solutions.

• Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize system performance.

• Drive engineering best practices, code quality standards, and architectural improvements.

• Mentor team members and support technical leadership initiatives.

• 6-9 years of professional experience in software development.
