We are seeking motivated and innovative professionals for project-based hiring across Finance, Human Resources, and Information Systems. These hires will play a critical role in enabling ABB’s business growth and supporting multiple divisions, offering opportunities to contribute to impactful, real-world solutions while restarting your professional journey.

Responsibilities:

- Support key functions across Finance / Human Resources / Information Systems aligned with organizational needs

- Responsibilities tailored to the candidate’s background, skills, and experience to enable meaningful contribution and learning

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams on cross-functional initiatives

- Contribute to day-to-day operations while supporting process improvement efforts

- Assist in the execution of strategic projects and business initiatives

- Analyze data, prepare reports and presentations, and support initiatives that promote operational efficiency and business outcomes

Qualifications:

- Prior professional experience in Finance / Human Resources / Information Systems or related functions

- 0–3 years of career break due to personal, family, academic, or other valid reasons

- Educational background in Commerce / Finance / Accounting, Human Resources / Psychology, Business Administration / Management , Information Systems / IT / Computer Science, or related disciplines.
