We are looking for a Staff People Business Partner to join our team. This is a hybrid role based out of our San Jose, CA office, requiring you to work on-site three days a week Tuesday-Thursday. In this position, you will report directly to the Sr. Director, People Business Partner in the People & Culture (P&C) organization.
In this highly strategic and collaborative role, you will partner directly with our Americas Sales - Go-To-Market (GTM) organization to drive organizational scaling, navigate complex employee relations, and execute business strategy. You will think steps ahead, providing predictive thought leadership and clear, data-driven analysis to align people initiatives with broader organizational goals.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Own and execute key strategic workstreams and pillars within the P&C strategy for the Americas Sales - GTM organization
- Proactively manage and support complex employee relations cases, identifying and mitigating organizational risks
