Sr. Program Manager
Amazon
The Recruiting Technology Integration (RTI) organization is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to define and drive the delivery of product features and process improvements that enable recruitment at scale. This role functions as the business owner and strategic lead for one or more features within the Talent Acquisition product ecosystem, partnering closely with business customers and technical teams to translate operational needs into measurable solutions. You are responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of one or more features related to existing Talent Acquisition products. You may be embedded within a single team, focused on the vision for their product features, or you may work across teams. You know how to delight customers. Your work impacts a product's customer experience (CX), feature usability, success metrics (e.g., customer delight, adoption, quality, ROI), team goals, and may impact organization-level goals. You work independently, seeking direction when needed.
What We're Looking For
Success in this role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong influence, and structured thinking. You must be able to craft compelling narratives for senior leadership, facilitate complex discussions across diverse stakeholder groups, and drive clarity across multiple product teams without direct authority. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity, translating complex business needs into actionable requirements, maintaining momentum across interdependent workstreams, and balancing competing priorities while keeping customer needs at the center of decision-making. You are data-driven and understand a broad range of analytics techniques. Your verbal and written style is clear and concise — you are able to transform raw thoughts into clear documentation and direction.
