Boeing Global Services (BGS), is seeking a Senior Proprietary Program Integrator (Level 4), to join the Air Proprietary 2 Sustainment IPT in Hazelwood, MO.
This position reports directly to the Sustainment IPT Leader. It will be the primary interface between the Sustainment IPT and the Program Integration Office to establish the digital sustainment framework for a future franchise program. A successful candidate will be highly motivated and a self-starter with experience in managing DoW programs using SAFe/Agile software development, unique industry leading tools, strong fundamentals in Boeing PMBPs, and be able to thrive interacting with diverse cultures and geographically dispersed teams. Resilience and aptitude for problem-solving are a must, with the selected candidate being biased toward action, finding solutions, and enabling the rest of the team to execute efficiently and effectively. This position will require work in a classified environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead all sustainment activities, strengthening program management best practices (PMBP) to include:
Metrics – proactive vs. reactive risk management
Develop and maturing execution plans
Alignment of priorities and integration across IPTs
Maintain working relationships with external stakeholders DCMA, major suppliers, and internal/external suppliers to meet customer deliverables timelines
Serve as an integration point across Software Engineering, SEIT, Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality, Integrated Scheduling, Finance, and Contracts
Assist the Sustainment IPT Leader in the daily execution of the Statement of Work
3+ years’ experience in Program Management Best Practices (Requirements Management, Resource Management, Integrated Planning and Scheduling, Financial Oversight (EVM), Program Performance Management, Supplier Integration, RIO (Risk, Issue, Opportunity) Management, Program Communication, Senior Leadership Reviews, etc.)

Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or an Engineering-related field
Experience in aerospace, defense, space systems, or other highly regulated program environments
Previous military experience
Experience with complex development programs involving production programs, agile software programs, and operations with multiple suppliers, platforms, and customer interfaces
Experience applying DFARS-aligned EVM requirements and surveillance support
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
