Your Role
As a Senior Facilities Engineer, you will own the performance, reliability, and compliance of critical facility systems that power cutting-edge semiconductor research and development. In this role, you will lead the design, operation, and continuous optimization of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, cleanroom, and utility infrastructure, ensuring that every system meets the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You will serve as the technical authority for complex, multi-discipline facility projects, driving them from concept through commissioning while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), Quality Assurance (QA), and process engineering. Your work will directly enable scientific innovation and operational excellence in a high-stakes R&D environment, where your decisions shape both the day-to-day reliability of the facility and its long-term sustainability trajectory.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor facilities or equivalent cleanroom environments.
