The AWS Executive Briefing Center (EBC) connects C-level customer executives with AWS leaders to accelerate strategic partnerships and drive business outcomes. We are seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to own and deliver executive engagements across our Seattle briefing center, designing tailored experiences that align customer priorities with AWS capabilities and advance long-term relationships. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to AWS account teams and a trusted engagement lead for senior customer executives. You will manage the full lifecycle of executive engagements, from consultative discovery and agenda design through participant preparation, day-of execution, and post-engagement follow-through. You will work directly with C-suite customers and AWS leaders, translating complex business challenges into compelling engagement strategies that deliver measurable results. This is not a traditional program management role. You will operate with significant autonomy, exercising independent judgment on engagement design, customer prioritization, and resource trade-offs. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, manages a large portfolio without sacrificing quality, and brings a builder mentality to improving how AWS engages its most strategic customers.
