We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Reporting Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Manager of Financial Reporting, you will play a key role in preparing and filing regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and supporting both internal and external reporting processes. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact finance team at a time of significant transition, where you will be closely involved in the financial reporting and governance that are critical to the company’s evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Assist in the interpretation and application of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.
- Prepare and book monthly stock-based compensation journal entries in accordance with U.S. GAAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external reporting requirements.
