Your Role
Dialpad's Channel Programs team is the engine behind our global partner ecosystem. We're looking for a Partner Technical Engineer to own the technical enablement experience for Dialpad's partner network: designing and delivering hands-on workshops, building lab environments, certifying partners on our latest products, and driving the pipeline that flows from a well-trained partner base.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of technical depth and teaching. You'll work closely with Channel Sales, Channel SE, PSO, and Product teams to translate Dialpad's product roadmap into partner-ready training programs — from our CDP 2.0 certification tracks, Agentic AI bootcamps, Global Lunch & Learns, and Global Summits.
