We are seeking a Talent Assessment & Skills Validation Lead to ensure that our AI-driven platforms and assessments accurately identify, validate, and develop critical workforce skills — fairly and effectively.
You will play a pivotal role in designing evidence-based assessments, validating AI models for skill inference, and embedding fairness and rigor into how we assess potential across the employee lifecycle.
The Senior Manager Specialized Human Resources develops effective policies and programs in a specialized Human Resources unit and acts as a subject matter expert in own area of expertise.
Depth & Scope:
- Acts as practice leader and/or top level expert within own specialized area
- Serves as key contact and the subject matter expert within area of expertise
- Develops policies and practices that are aligned with overall Human Resources strategy
