About the Marketing & Communications Coordinator Role
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution of Keystone’s communications function, working closely with the CEO and broader marketing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to build foundational skills in corporate communications, PR, and content development.
Within the first year, the Coordinator will contribute to executing a cohesive communications strategy, supporting content creation, and ensuring consistency across channels. This role will help implement processes, coordinate across teams, and support initiatives that strengthen Keystone’s brand narrative and visibility.
As we continue to grow, this role will play an important part in supporting internal communications and events that engage employees, while also helping share Keystone’s story externally — contributing to efforts that attract clients and talent, and amplify our thought leadership. You will help bring clarity and consistency to how Keystone communicates, ensuring high-quality execution across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Keystone’s communications strategy in alignment with overall marketing and brand objectives
- Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading internal and external communications, including emails, blog posts, press materials, and social content
- Help maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and narrative across all communications channels
- Support PR activities, including media list development, press monitoring, and coordination of press releases and outreach
